The Norwalk Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance as they search for a suspect involved in a theft at Marshalls on Westport Avenue earlier this year.
Police said that the suspect allegedly was confronted by loss prevention agents at the store during the commission of the theft, at which point he took out a pair of scissors and threatened the store employee and fled eastbound on Westport Avenue, possibly entering a white van. Investigators released photos of the suspect on Tuesday.
Anyone with information on the theft or who recognizes the suspect has been asked to contact Det. Cisero at the Norwalk Police Department by calling (203) 854-3034.
